2020 Ledger Scam Returns! Victims Receiving Fake Hardware Wallets.

The July 2020 ledger scam victims received fake hardware wallets with a letter inside the box sent by the CEO of Ledger claimed to be fake.

A new strain of ledger hack founded recently. Previous victims of ledger scam 2020 received ledger hardware and a letter inside it.
The ledger looks convincing but the letter is dully written and filled with grammatical errors and sluggish English.

Victims of customer data hacking run by bitcoin hardware wallet provider Ledger, which took place almost a year ago. It’s still appear to have been identified by scams.
More than 1 million victims of this information have been identified. It includes their names, phone numbers and email addresses. More than 200,000 people also had their home addresses breached.

Victims have uploaded the images of the fake ledger and the letter inside it which is signed by Ledger CEO, Pascal Gauthier.

After all the nuisance affected so many users, the official Ledger page confirms that all the phishing going around is continue. Warns ledger users to be cautious before using one.

Ledger has brought a security check for all the users to confirm that whether the ledger is legit or it’s a fraud piece of hardware.

Reddit user u/jjrand, who identified himself as one of the victims of last year’s Ledger data breach, shared that they had received a package from Ledger in the mail, although they did not order one.
