Bitcoin 2022 is this year’s version of the world’s largest and most well-known Bitcoin conference, which drew over 12,000 attendees to Miami last year. As more stages and speakers are added to this year’s event, organizers expect that number to almost triple. The four-day event will include an industry day, during which Bitcoin will collide with traditional financial and energy infrastructure, two general conference days, and the Sound Money Fest music festival. There will also be an Open Source stage during the event, which will focus on major developments in the Bitcoin ecosystem and the initiatives that are driving it.
One of the leading speaker will be the President of El Salvador Nayib Bukele.
Strike CEO Jack Mallers, MicroStrategy CEO Michael Saylor, Blockstream CEO Adam Back, author of “The Bitcoin Standard” Saifedean Ammous, Lightning Labs CEO Elizabeth Stark, Human Rights Foundation CIO Alex Gladstein, Bitcoin and privacy advocate Odell, and Spiral lead Steve Lee are among the confirmed speakers for Bitcoin 2022.
