On December 1, the Nothing Ear 1 Black Edition true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds were released in India. The Nothing Ear 1 will now be available in a new Black colorway complementing the original White choice from the London-based startup helmed by Carl Pei, the co-founder of OnePlus.
The transparent design, active noise canceling (ANC), transparency mode, touch controls, wireless charging, and IPX4 water-resistance of the Nothing Ear 1 TWS earbuds are just a few of the features available.
The Nothing Ear 1 Black Edition will have the same transparent cover as the original Nothing Ear 1, but with black portions instead of white and a new matte black design on the silicon earphones, according to the firm.
Nothing said that the company’s original product, the Ear 1, is now carbon neutral. The firm claims it collaborated with SGS of Geneva and other third parties to analyze and offset the carbon footprint of the Nothing Ear 1 TWS. The 1.78kg carbon footprint of the TWS earphones will not be included in the company’s packaging.
The pricing of the new Black Nothing Ear 1 Black Edition TWS earbuds is Rs. 6,999, which is the same as the current White color choice. Flipkart will begin selling the Nothing Ear 1 Black model on December 13 at 12 p.m.
Customers will be able to purchase the Nothing earphones using Bitcoin, Ethereum, USD Coin, and Dogecoin thanks to the company’s announcement that it would begin taking cryptocurrency payments on its website. However, as of now, India is not one of the select nations that will accept bitcoin payments.
